WHAT IS PRECISION METAL STAMPING?

Precision metal stamping is a high-speed manufacturing process that shapes metal parts using presses and custom progressive dies. A metal strip is fed into a die set assembly mounted inside the press. As the press cycles, the strip advances through multiple tooling stations, each performing a specific operation such as cutting, bending, or shaping. With each stroke of the press, the metal is progressively shaped until the completed part emerges with exacting accuracy and consistency.

Assuming a factory has adequate press availability, replication of the stamping die can easily increase stamping capacity, ensuring that as your business grows, we grow with you. Jobs can also be interchanged within a single press, adding flexibility. Current IntriPlex capacity exceeds 146 million parts per month.
