PRECISION-STAMPED FIBER OPTIC
COMPONENTS AT SCALE

PRECISION FIBER OPTIC COMPONENTS FOR HIGH-DENSITY NETWORKS
In high-density fiber optic systems, even micron-level variation in connector geometry, alignment, or surface finish can directly impact performance, yield, and long-term reliability. As networks scale to support 5G, cloud infrastructure, AI data centers, and broadband expansion, manufacturers are under constant pressure to hold tighter tolerances, increase component density, and accelerate production.
We address these demands with manufacturing capabilities purpose-built for high-performance fiber optic components, delivering precision and repeatability at production volumes that exceed the practical limits of traditional manufacturing methods.

WHAT OTHERS CAN’T STAMP, WE CAN
Highly intricate aluminum fiber optic components have historically required machining — until we precision-stamped them. We pioneered—and remain the only company worldwide capable of—precision stamping these select aluminum components for fiber optic connectors. This unique capability enables high-volume, efficient production with exceptional part-to-part consistency.
By replacing slow, material-intensive machining, with advanced precision stamping, we deliver tangible manufacturing advantages that help fiber optic connector manufacturers compete on performance, consistency, and cost.
COMPLEXITY, PRECISION, AND SCALE
Our stamping process enables complex geometries and fine details that other manufacturers continue to produce exclusively through traditional machining, preventing them from capturing the inherent advantages of a stamped process. In markets where density, signal integrity, and tight tolerances are critical, we deliver:
Accelerated, Scalable Production
High-speed stamping supports production rates up to 1,000 parts per minute while maintaining tolerances as tight as ±3 µm, helping customers reduce lead times and support rapid deployment.
Consistent quality and performance
Stamped components eliminate much of the variability associated with machining, resulting in improved dimensional consistency, surface finish, and long-term reliability—critical for high-density fiber optic systems.
Cost-Efficient Manufacturing at Scale
Precision stamping reduces material waste and processing time, enabling significant cost reductions compared to machined alternatives without compromising performance.
OUR FIBER OPTIC CAPABILITIES
We manufacture highly detailed metal components and assemblies engineered to meet the mechanical, dimensional, and reliability requirements of modern fiber optic connectors, including:
CRIMP RINGS
Secure aramid fibers to the rear body, attaching the fiber optic cable to the connector.
REAR BODIES
Press-fit into the connector housing and secured by the crimp ring to anchor the fiber optic cable.
CLIPS
Attach to the exterior of the connector housing, enabling secure mounting within cabinets or enclosures.
These components are produced with the precision and repeatability required for today’s high-performance fiber optic ecosystems.
